About the Role

Scaleup Connect, on behalf of our client, is looking for a dynamic ERP Sales Executive to drive business growth by selling cutting-edge ERP software solutions. You’ll work closely with businesses to enhance efficiency, streamline operations, and scale growth — all while building a rewarding career in technology sales.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and engage potential B2B clients across industries.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market outreach.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover client needs and operational pain points.
• Deliver compelling product demos and solution presentations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and customized ERP solutions.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with technical teams for smooth client onboarding.
• Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills:

• 1–2 years in software sales, ERP sales, or B2B solution selling.
• Consultative selling expertise with a results-driven approach.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical solutions for clients.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with ERP, SaaS, or business management software.
• Understanding of business operations like Finance, HR, Inventory, or Operations.
• Experience serving corporate or SME clients.

Education

• Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred)
