B2B International Sales Representative - Night Shift (Uncapped Commission)

Salary: PKR 50,000 - PKR 60,000 per month + Uncapped Commission + Daily Bonuses
Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM PKT

Core Responsibilities

• Execute outbound sales campaigns targeting international B2B clients
• Negotiate and close complex business deals across multiple time zones
• Exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and engagement
• Maintain accurate client records and pipelines in CRM systems
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for international markets

Key Requirements

• 1+ year experience in international sales or BPO sales environment
• Professional English fluency in both verbal and written communication
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
• Full availability for night shift schedule (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM PKT)
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
