Position Overview:

We are seeking a B2B Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth across both companies. This role is unique in that it requires balancing Intech’s need for strong demand generation and funnel management with CNC’s need for brand positioning and credibility among decision makers.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer with experience in construction or engineering industries, who can both generate leads and elevate brand presence at the decision-making table.

Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing plans that support the distinct growth priorities of Intech and CNC Foundations
  • Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Lead Generation & Funnel Management

Manage the marketing funnel, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads for sales.

  • Create and optimize campaigns for prospecting, nurturing, and conversion.
  • Track KPIs and ROI across all channels, using data to refine strategies.

Brand Strategy & Market Presence

Build brand presence in appropriate contractor, engineering, and construction communities to position the companies as top-tier suppliers.

  • Develop sales enablement tools (presentations, case studies, proposal decks) that strengthen credibility in competitive bid situations for CNC Foundations.
  • Drive thought leadership campaigns, PR efforts, and industry visibility through trade associations, sponsorships, and events.
  • Cultivate and leverage relationships within the contractor, construction, and engineering sectors to enhance trust and influence.

Digital Marketing

  • Oversee websites, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, email marketing, and social media.
  • Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools to support both lead-gen and branding campaigns.
  • Monitor analytics to optimize campaign performance and engagement.

Trade Shows & Events

  • Plan and manage trade shows, conferences, and industry events from booth design to lead/relationship follow-up.
  • Ensure brand presence at key events enhances credibility and positions the brand as a trusted partner.

Content & Collateral

  • Develop technical content, case studies, product sheets, and presentations tailored to engineers, contractors, and distributors.
  • Ensure brand consistency across both companies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in construction, engineering, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong track record in lead generation, digital marketing, and funnel management.
  • Proven success in brand strategy, positioning, and sales enablement.
  • Existing network or relationships in construction/engineering industries a strong plus.
  • Skilled in CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and content development skills.
  • Ability to balance tactical execution with strategic brand-building initiatives.
