Comtanix is a fast-growing IT Company situated in Bahria Phase 8, Rawalpindi. Based on our past success and continuous growth in business, Comtanix is looking to further expand its operations. Currently we are looking for experienced individuals for the post of ‘’ Senior Marketing Lead’’ with great verbal and written communication skills

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing Lead to our marketing function for a fast-growing IT reseller and solutions company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B technology marketing, vendor relationship management, and channel development, with the ability to plan and execute strategies that drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility, and strengthen our market presence.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Strategic Marketing Leadership

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals and sales objectives.
  • Lead the marketing team in planning and implementing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with management to define marketing budgets, KPIs, and annual plans.
  • Drive brand positioning, product visibility, and go-to-market strategies for new IT solutions and services.

2. Channel & Vendor Marketing

  • Coordinate with IT principals and vendors (e.g., Dell, HP, Cisco, Microsoft, etc.) for joint marketing initiatives.
  • Plan and execute co-branded campaigns, webinars, and product launches with vendor partners.
  • Build strong relationships with distributors, vendors, and technology partners to maximize joint marketing opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with vendor branding and marketing guidelines.

3. Sales Enablement & Lead Generation

  • Develop targeted B2B marketing campaigns to support the sales team in lead generation and conversion.
  • Align marketing activities with sales.
  • Create marketing collateral, sales kits, presentations, and product datasheets to support business development efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze lead performance to optimize campaigns.

4. Product & Brand Marketing

  • Define value propositions and positioning for IT hardware, software, and cloud services.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and new opportunities.
  • Lead promotional activities, events, and trade shows to enhance brand presence.

5. Team Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Supervise marketing executives and coordinate with sales, procurement, and technical teams for cohesive execution.
  • Manage external agencies, freelancers, and designers to ensure timely and quality output.
  • Foster a performance-driven, innovative marketing culture within the organization.

6. Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics and ROI using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and SEMrush.
  • Present actionable insights to leadership for continuous improvement and informed decision-making.

7. Digital Marketing

  • Plan and execute multi-channel digital campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, retargeting, etc.).
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms.
  • Oversee website optimization, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo).
  • Develop engaging content across blogs, email campaigns, and social media to boost online visibility and lead generation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in an IT reseller, distribution, or technology solutions environment.
  • Proven expertise in B2B marketing, vendor collaboration, and lead generation.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools: Google Ads, Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, Canva, and CRM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of IT product marketing (hardware, networking, cloud, and software).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with international or regional marketing campaigns is a plus.
