Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the renewal process for existing B2B clients, ensuring timely and seamless contract extensions
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and identify upselling opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of all renewals, communications, and follow-ups in CRM systems
  • Achieve or exceed monthly renewal targets and contribute to revenue growth

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or renewals, preferably in a fast-paced or service-driven environment
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts
  • Valid UAE driver s license and willingness to travel for client meetings
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
