Leoni is an AI-powered educational platform that helps schools and learning centers develop students’ soft skills (teamwork, self-regulation, self-management) through personalized learning trajectories. We are already working with public and private schools in Qatar and are now expanding our reach.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop a sales funnel with private and public schools in Qatar, as well as educational centers.
- Conduct service demo sessions (online and on-site) following a proven sales script, identify client needs, and present tailored solutions.
- Communicate with teachers, principals, and school administrators; explain the value of the product and how it works.
- Be responsible for converting meetings into signed contracts and license purchases.
- Gain deep product knowledge to confidently present and demonstrate it.
- Maintain CRM, spreadsheets, and sales analytics, and calculate conversion rates at each stage of the funnel.
- Leverage existing contacts within Qatar’s education sector and understand how the Ministry of Education operates.
- Attend educational events in Qatar and actively network to build relationships.
- Achieve KPIs in both financial and quantitative terms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluent English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- High sense of responsibility and results-oriented mindset.
- Experience working with digital educational products and strong digital skills.
- Knowledge of the Qatari education market and processes in schools and the Ministry of Education.
- Willingness to travel and attend in-person events.
