Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential business clients through research, cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain lasting, trust-based relationships with key corporate stakeholders.
  • Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Deliver tailored product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals, negotiating terms to close contracts.
  • Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM systems to track leads, document client interactions, and report on sales performance metrics.
  • Market & Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on market conditions and industry trends to effectively address client needs.
  • Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and sales teams to align strategies for revenue growth.

Key Requirements & Skills

  • Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, managing the full sales cycle, or in corporate sales.
  • Communication: Exceptional negotiation, persuasive, and active listening skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
  • Attributes: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive, with the ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
