Job Description – B2B Sales Executive (SME Segment)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily visits in assigned territory to generate and follow up on SME/B2B leads.
- Achieve B2B sales and revenue targets through methods such as cold calling, door-to-door visits, and presentations.
- Perform market research, prepare visit plans, proposals, and client-specific presentations.
- Understand customer needs and propose relevant solutions across connectivity, rack products, and customized services.
- Maintain client relationships and regularly evaluate sales methods for effectiveness.
- Attend trainings and meetings to stay updated on products and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in telecom or IT solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end sales cycle.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English and Urdu.
- Adaptable, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented.
