SME Executive

Job Description – B2B Sales Executive (SME Segment)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily visits in assigned territory to generate and follow up on SME/B2B leads.
  • Achieve B2B sales and revenue targets through methods such as cold calling, door-to-door visits, and presentations.
  • Perform market research, prepare visit plans, proposals, and client-specific presentations.
  • Understand customer needs and propose relevant solutions across connectivity, rack products, and customized services.
  • Maintain client relationships and regularly evaluate sales methods for effectiveness.
  • Attend trainings and meetings to stay updated on products and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in telecom or IT solutions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in English and Urdu.
  • Adaptable, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented.
