B2B Sales Executive / Manager – Electrical Industry
Location: Surat, Gujarat
Industry Focus: Home automation, industrial automation and lighting
Target Clients: Architects | Builders | Contractors | Interior Designers | OEMs
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and target potential B2B customers in industries like home automation, industrial automation and lighting etc.
- Actively reach out to architects, builders, interior designers, and contractors to generate business leads.
- Conduct site visits, product demos, and client meetings to understand project needs and offer tailored electrical solutions.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with decision-makers and influencers in the construction and interior design sectors.
- Collaborate with channel partners and consultants for long-term business engagement.
- Sales & Marketing Activities:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and local industry events to network and promote the brand.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and handle negotiation and closure of deals.
- Market Intelligence:
- Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
- Provide insights to the management team for strategic decisions and product development.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain regular MIS reports and CRM entries.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, order processing, and after-sales coordination.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
