B2B SALES EXECUTIVE

Role Overview:
Direct Sales (B2B) Representative, driving sales and building lasting relationships with SMEs. Your expertise in B2B sales and commitment to exceptional service will be key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive Outreach: Initiate and maintain contact with SMEs, presenting tailored solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Provide comprehensive information, emphasizing how our offerings benefit SMEs.
  • Needs Assessment: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, ensuring clients access our full range.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align offerings with market demands.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven B2B Sales Experience: Success in B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Understanding of SME Dynamics: Familiarity with Small and Medium-sized Enterprises' challenges.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills for closing deals.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to evolving market conditions and client needs.
  • Results-Driven: A results-oriented mindset with a focus on surpassing sales targets.
  • Hindi, English, Malayalam and Arabic speaker preferred
  • Telecom Experience is an added advantage
