B2B Sales Executive

Faisalabad, Pakistan

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new B2B clients within the packaging and plastic sector.
  • Conduct regular client visits to build and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Present and promote company products and services effectively to potential clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent follow-ups and closing deals.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to ensure profitability and long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client feedback, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with market developments, competitor activities, and industry innovations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of proven B2B sales experience in packaging or plastic industry (Mandatory)
  • Must own a motorbike (for client visits)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Result-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Basic understanding of sales reporting and CRM tools (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
