Location: Johar Town, Lahore (On-Site)
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Salary: PKR 100,000 – 150,000
Commission: Uncapped (No Earning Limit)

Job Description

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented B2B Sales Agent to join our night-shift sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and want to earn high commissions with no cap on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound B2B sales calls to international clients
• Identify prospects and convert leads into sales
• Pitch services confidently and handle objections
• Build long-term relationships with business clients
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Maintain accurate sales records and follow compliance standards

Requirements

• Prior experience in B2B or international sales (preferred)
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated
• Ability to work night shifts (7 PM – 4 AM)
• Strong professionalism and commitment
