B2B Sales Executive/ Business Development Manager (On-Site)

About the Role

Bell Oceanic Communications is hiring an experienced B2B Sales Executive with a strong background in US market sales, preferably within VoIP, telecom, SaaS, or cloud communication solutions.

This is a revenue-generating role focused on acquiring and closing US-based business clients. This is not a customer support position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify B2B leads targeting US businesses
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling
  • Manage the full sales cycle (lead generation → discovery → demo → negotiation → closing)
  • Present VoIP, SIP trunking, and cloud telecom solutions
  • Maintain CRM records and manage pipeline forecasting
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Required Experience

  • 2–3 years of B2B sales experience (US market preferred)
  • Experience in VoIP, telecom, SaaS, IT, or cloud communication sales
  • Strong closing and objection-handling skills
  • Experience with:
  • GoHighLevel
  • VICIdial
  • EyeBeam
  • CRM systems
  • Comfortable working a US shift

Preferred

  • Experience selling SIP trunking, DID numbers, PBX, or call center solutions
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience handling outbound and inbound B2B accounts
