Role Overview

We are seeking a Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems powering our ERP and e-commerce platforms. This role emphasizes Java-based backend development, RESTful APIs, database optimization, and integration with frontend systems following MVC and modern architectural patterns.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs for ERP and e-commerce modules
• Build scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC
• Implement business logic for HRMS, Inventory, Accounts, Logistics, Sales, and Order Management
• Optimize SQL queries and ensure efficient data access and storage
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers to support MVC-based UI generation
• Participate in system upgrades, refactoring, and performance improvements
• Ensure clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve backend issues in production systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, JDBC
• Proficiency in MySQL and relational database design
• Experience building enterprise-grade ERP or e-commerce systems
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, MVC architecture, and CRUD operations
• Familiarity with Thymeleaf, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery for backend-driven UI support
• Experience working in collaborative, fast-paced engineering teams
