About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Bakery Chef who not only excels in baking but also has strong market connections, an outgoing personality, and a passion for sales and customer relations. The ideal candidate will create new recipes, manage production quality, and actively engage with clients, distributors, and the bakery market to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and test new bakery recipes and remedies to meet customer demand and market trends.
• Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all baked products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and retailers.
• Promote bakery products and generate sales leads in the local market.
• Train and supervise bakery staff to maintain standards.
• Monitor inventory, manage raw materials, and control wastage.
• Assist in menu development, cost control, and production planning.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5–10 years as a Bakery Chef or in a similar role.
• Skills:
• Strong baking and recipe development expertise.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Market knowledge and sales connections within the bakery industry.
• Outgoing, confident personality with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
