Bank Sales Advisor

Overview

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Bank Sales Advisor to provide clients with tailored financial and investment solutions. The role involves advising clients on how to optimize their wealth and real estate investments according to their goals and financial profiles. The Bank Sales Advisor will play a key role in helping clients grow their assets, plan for retirement, reduce tax liabilities, and create long-term financial security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their financial goals, needs, and risk appetite.
  • Identify client financial risks and recommend strategies to mitigate them.
  • Promote and sell a wide range of financial products and services.
  • Proactively build and expand a client portfolio by identifying prospects and leveraging an existing network.
  • Monitor and track investment performance, providing regular updates and recommendations to clients.
  • Support clients with wealth transfer planning, including trusts and inheritance strategies.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets set by the bank.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients through excellent service and follow-up.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in banking, financial advising, or relationship management with proven sales performance.
  • Strong client network or extensive database of high-net-worth individuals.
  • Target-driven, with a strong focus on achieving sales results.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to maximize earnings.
  • Competitive salary package with high commission potential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Bank: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Real Estate: 2 years (Preferred)
