The University of South Asia – Cantt Campus is seeking a dynamic and experienced Banquet Manager / Café Manager to lead café and hospitality operations on campus.

This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality management who can deliver an excellent dining and service experience for students, faculty, and campus visitors while ensuring smooth operational management.

Location: Lahore – Cantt Campus

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Required Qualifications & Skills

3–5 years of experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality operations

Previous experience as Café Manager / Restaurant Supervisor preferred

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Understanding of café workflows and hospitality service standards

Knowledge of POS systems and daily reporting

Experience in new café or restaurant openings will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee daily café operations including service flow, staff coordination, and customer experience

* Manage front-of-house staff including baristas, servers, and cashiers

* Assist in recruitment and hiring of café staff and support roles

* Ensure high standards of hospitality and customer service

* Coordinate closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team for smooth operations

* Monitor opening and closing procedures and operational checklists

* Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards across the café

* Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally

* Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance supervision

* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment

* Support implementation of promotions, events, and marketing activities

* Assist management in improving operational efficiency and service quality

Campus & Event Responsibilities

* Ensure excellent café and banquet services for students, faculty, and university guests

* Coordinate catering and hospitality services for university events, seminars, conferences, and student activities

* Maintain a welcoming dining environment for the campus community

* Work closely with university administration to support campus events and hospitality needs

* Manage service efficiency during peak student hours and university events

Salary Package: Market-competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
