Retail Supervisor/T-Supervisor

We are currently seeking a motivated Trainee Supervisor/Supervisor to join our team and support the daily operations of our store while gaining valuable management experience.

Job Summary: The Trainee Supervisor/Supervisor will assist to oversee the daily operations of the store. This position is designed to provide hands-on training in various aspects of store management, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision and Leadership:

  • Assist in training and supervising sales associates and other staff members.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure high standards of customer service.
  • Help in scheduling shifts and managing employee attendance.

Customer Service:

  • Support staff in addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Model excellent customer service and handle complex customer interactions.

Operations and Inventory Management:

  • Assist in overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment and management.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of stock and merchandising.

Sales and Performance:

  • Support the implementation of sales strategies and promotions.
  • Analyze sales data and assist in developing action plans to achieve store targets.
  • Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures to maximize sales and efficiency.
  • DO Daily Boost-up Meetings for staff better performance and hygienes

Store Maintenance:

  • Help maintain store cleanliness and organization.
  • Ensure that the store’s appearance aligns with company standards and policies.

Training and Development:

  • Participate in training programs to enhance supervisory skills and store management knowledge.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to team members to support their development.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous retail experience is advantageous but not required.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Basic understanding of retail operations and customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
  • Capability to perform tasks involving bending, stretching, and reaching.
