Barista

We are seeking for Barista who is responsible for expertly preparing and serving high-quality specialty coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and a variety of other beverages, ensuring each drink meets the shop's standards while delivering exceptional service in a friendly and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

Coffee and Beverage Preparation

Customer Service

Maintaining Cleanliness

Inventory and Stock Management

Stay informed about the coffee menu, brewing methods, ingredients, and seasonal offerings.

Educate customers on different coffee options, brewing methods, and provide personalized drink recommendations.

Qualifications:

Previous barista or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Basic knowledge of coffee preparation methods and equipment is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
