Barista/Bartender/Server

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
• Operate Square POS to process orders accurately and efficiently
• Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic retail math to ensure correct transactions
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas and beverage stations
• Assist with food handling, food safety procedures, and basic food preparation tasks as needed
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality

Requirements

• Previous barista experience with knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage presentation
• Experience working as a bartender or in food service environments preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling, and proper sanitation practices in the café or retail setting
• Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and maintain a lively, energetic attitude

Pay: $10.00 - $25.00 per hour
