Barista/Cashier

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso beverages, teas, and light food items according to established recipes and presentation standards
• Provide accurate and efficient cashier service, including processing payments and handling cash responsibly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, service areas, and retail displays
• Restock food, beverages, and retail merchandise to ensure an appealing and well-supplied market
• Deliver friendly, attentive guest service while answering questions and offering recommendations
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and Omni brand standards

Qualifications

• Previous barista, café, retail, or food service experience preferred
• Strong guest service, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Basic math and cash-handling accuracy
• Flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude and commitment to Omni’s culture of genuine hospitality
