Barista/Waiter

Job Vacancy: Barista (Female) – Al Ain

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team in Al Ain.

Requirements:

• Based in Al Ain (preferred)
• Valid UAE residency (preferred)
• Previous experience in specialty coffee is a must
• Friendly, presentable, and professional with customers
• Willing to learn and grow with the team

Skills:

• Experience in preparing specialty coffee (espresso, V60, etc.)
• Knowledge in making matcha drinks
• Basic experience in protein shakes (training can be provided)
• Experience in preparing acai bowls is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages (coffee, matcha, protein shakes, acai)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
• Handle customers with a positive and welcoming attitude
• Manage daily bar operations efficiently
• Restock items and monitor inventory
• Ensure consistency and quality in every order
• Follow hygiene and safety standards
