Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires proficiency in various POS systems, including Aloha and Micros, as well as strong time management and sales skills. Experience in fine dining, nightclubs, and catering is highly valued.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices.
• Manage cash handling accurately, including processing payments through POS systems.
• Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items during events or busy periods.
• Uphold all health and safety regulations within the bar environment, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar systems is advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation is a plus.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management are essential.
