Bartender

Position Overview

We are hiring for 2–3 bartender shifts

The ideal candidate for this position is someone with two plus years of hospitality experience who’s eager to grow, take on more responsibility, and learn the business side of restaurant management.

About Us
Shoreline Café is a locally owned, beachside restaurant located directly on the sand in Santa Barbara. We’re focused entirely on this single, one-of-a-kind location — not on opening new locations or chasing corporate growth targets. Our owner is hands-on and involved in day-to-day operations, ensuring that decisions are made by people who know and care about the team, the guests, and the community we serve.

Our mission is to provide exceptional hospitality in a casual, beachside environment where guests feel that Shoreline Café is their place — a spot to relax, enjoy great food, and share time with one another and return again and again.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Hands-on, approachable management style
• Availability for weekends and holidays (especially during peak beach season)
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• A genuine passion for hospitality and teamwork

Pay range and compensation

$16.50/hour + Tips (Bartenders maker $40+/hour)
