The Bartender will be responsible for creating exceptional cocktails using premium spirits, fresh ingredients, and innovative techniques. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of classic cocktails, a strong knowledge of spirits and flavor profiles, and the ability to deliver top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Craft and serve a diverse range of high-quality cocktails, including classic cocktails and original creations, with precision and consistency.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, bitters, and other cocktail ingredients, including their flavor profiles, origins, and proper usage.
  • Ensure the bar is stocked with the necessary ingredients, garnishes, and equipment to execute cocktail recipes efficiently.
  • Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to guests, offering recommendations and guiding them through the cocktail menu as needed.
  • Uphold cleanliness and organization standards behind the bar, including regularly cleaning equipment, glassware, and workstations.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines, including responsible alcohol service practices, to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Participate in training sessions and educational opportunities lead by our management team or Beverage Director to stay informed about industry trends, new products, and techniques
  • Assist with inventory management, including tracking supplies and monitoring stock levels
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working as a bartender in a high-volume, upscale establishment, with a focus on craft cocktails.
  • Must have in-depth knowledge of mixology principles, cocktail recipes, and drink-making techniques.
  • Strong palate and creativity for developing innovative and balanced cocktail recipes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering consistently high-quality drinks and service.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for processing orders and handling payments.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
