Bartender/Server

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and providing outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. Experience in nightlife or fine dining establishments is preferred.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Manage cash handling and accurately process transactions using the POS system, preferably Aloha POS.
• Engage with guests, providing recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving drinks.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
• Stay informed about current drink trends and menu offerings to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a nightclub or fine dining setting is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions.
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests and team members.
• Knowledge of the food industry and retail math concepts is an advantage.
• Must be of legal drinking age in accordance with local laws.
