Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems and relay orders promptly to kitchen staff
• Provide attentive and friendly service to guests, addressing their needs with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently, including processing payments and giving correct change using retail math skills
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols
• Assist with banquet, catering, or nightclub service as needed, ensuring all events run smoothly
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts to serve multiple tables or bar patrons without compromising service quality

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently during peak hours
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for sales transactions and retail math tasks
• Experience working in nightclubs or with beverage brewing is advantageous
• Must be 18 years or older with the ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods
