About the role
We are looking for a motivated
Business Development Associate
to join our Pakistan team. This is an entry-level role designed for fresh graduates who want to build a solid foundation in solar business operations, channel management, and market intelligence. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams, gaining real-world experience in one of the world’s fastest-growing renewable energy markets.
What you will do

Competitor insight
– Track and analyze competitor activities: pricing, product types, channel policies, and promotion events.

Channel management
– Support flagship store operations: monitor PSI data, assist in training, and help implement sales SOPs.

Price management
– Collect and report SO/ST price data to ensure market alignment.

Promotion support
– Assist in co-marketing activities and local events to strengthen LONGi’s brand presence.
What we are looking for

Fresh graduate
– No major or school restrictions. We value learning attitude and ownership.

Technical skill
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

– Based in Pakistan, with commitment to long-term local development.
