Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, and other freelance or B2B platforms.
  • Write and submit professional proposals tailored to client needs and project requirements.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in web, mobile, and software development domains.
  • Communicate with potential clients to understand their technical and business requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers and developers to prepare accurate estimates, timelines, and proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Track bids, follow up on leads, and maintain a pipeline report of prospects and closed deals.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Bidding, or Sales in the software industry.
  • Proficiency in Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar lead generation tools.
  • Strong understanding of software development services (web, mobile, and custom solutions).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs1.00 per month
