BD Specialist – North America

Job Type: Full Time

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients in the US and Canada for software development and IT services

  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and other outbound channels

  • Initiate conversations, qualify prospects, and move them into the sales pipeline

  • Handle responses from cold outreach and schedule meetings with qualified leads

  • Prepare proposals, capability decks, and service offerings for potential clients

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients

  • Work closely with technical teams to align client requirements with solutions

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and follow ups in CRM (HubSpot)

  • Track pipeline and ensure consistent progress toward monthly targets

  • Stay updated with North American market trends, competitors, and opportunities


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or outbound outreach in a software or IT company

  • Strong communication skills with excellent spoken and written English

  • Experience targeting US and Canada markets is highly preferred

  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, or similar channels

  • Familiarity with tools like Apollo, HubSpot, or similar platforms

  • Basic understanding of software development services and lifecycle

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills

  • Self motivated, target driven, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment
