Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect & Qualify: Proactively identify, research, and contact potential clients to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Lead Generation: Generate new sales leads through market research, networking, and outreach to create long-term business partnerships.
- Client Engagement: Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients to understand their needs and present our solutions effectively.
- Achieve Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Relationship Management: Nurture client relationships from initial contact to conversion, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Manage follow-ups and address client queries promptly.
- Field Work: Coordinate and conduct on-site client visits to discuss project requirements and close deals.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 3 to 6 months of experience in a sales, business development, or a similar client-facing role.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or MBA in any discipline is welcome.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Mandatory Requirements:
- Must own a vehicle (two-wheeler or car) for local travel and possess a valid driver's license.
- Must have a personal laptop.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the local area for client meetings.
