What you'll be doing

  • Assist in the implementation of comprehensive 360 marketing plans aligned with global brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate and execute e-commerce and in-store activations, campaigns, and activation calendars across the region.
  • Ensure consistency and quality of brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing touchpoints by maintaining and updating banners and content across all retailer platforms.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior within the beauty sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (supply chain, commercial, customer service) to ensure smooth operational processes.
  • Manage purchase orders (POs), ensuring accurate tracking and timely payments.
  • Work on ICFs across all brands; brief local markets on ICF requirements for retailers.
  • Consolidate GWPs for all retailers, supporting with asset requirements, stock delivery, and timely go-live.
  • Brief agencies on influencer seeding, managing the process from concept to shipment.
  • Track activations, exposures, and performance data for inclusion in monthly brand reports.
  • Consolidate market feedback on launches, performance, and promotions to refine strategy.
  • Support local teams in executing in-store events, coordinating brand approvals, budgeting, and permits.
  • Oversee office and event-related orders, liaising with agencies and suppliers.
  • Gather and analyze post-event feedback, ensuring reports, permits, and payments are completed on time.
