Job Title: Bid Coordinator (Female)

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Female Bid Coordinator with a background in Facility Management to manage and coordinate the end-to-end tendering and bidding process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality technical and commercial submissions while coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant bid submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the complete bid/tender process including RFP, RFQ, RFT, EOIs, and pre-qualifications
• Review tender documents and identify technical, commercial, and compliance requirements
• Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, HR, QHSE, Finance, Procurement) for required inputs
• Prepare and compile technical proposals in line with Facility Management standards
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotations and supporting documents
• Organize site visits, bid meetings, and clarification responses
• Prepare comparison sheets, cost summaries, and supporting documentation
• Ensure all submissions are accurate, complete, and submitted within deadlines
• Maintain proper documentation, bid records, and tender trackers
• Support post-tender clarifications and negotiations when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Bid Coordinator in Facility Management
• Strong knowledge of FM services (Hard & Soft Services preferred)
• Experience handling tenders in Qatar/GCC market
• Excellent coordination, documentation, and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
