Bid Support Associate

A Bid Support Associate (or Coordinator) plays a crucial role in managing tender submissions, tracking opportunities, and ensuring compliance with client requirements. They assist with proposal writing, documentation, and coordinating with teams to meet deadlines. Associate Director Bid Support and Assistant Bid Manager Sales Support roles are currently active.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Tender Management: Oversee the end-to-end bid process, including Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) and Invitations to Tender (ITT).
  • Documentation & Compliance: Review, edit, and format proposals, ensuring all client requirements are met.
  • Coordination: Act as a central point of contact between technical teams (engineers, architects) and senior management.
  • Tracking: Maintain a bid register and monitor tender portals for new opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Organization: Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage strict deadlines.
  • Communication: Excellent writing and editing skills for preparing high-quality proposals.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a bid/sales support role or project coordination is highly valued, particularly in sectors like construction or engineering.
