About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, preparing competitive proposals, and submitting bids/tenders to secure projects. This role requires strong communication, analytical, and writing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and analyze tender opportunities on various platforms (e.g., Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, government portals, procurement sites).

Prepare high-quality technical and financial proposals in line with client requirements.

Coordinate with internal teams (technical, finance, operations) to gather relevant inputs for proposals.

Submit bids/tenders within deadlines and track progress.

Maintain a database of bids submitted, status, and outcomes.

Ensure compliance with tender requirements, policies, and standards.

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and projects.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in bidding, proposals, or business development (fresh graduates with strong skills may be considered).

Strong English writing and communication skills.

Familiarity with tendering processes and online bidding platforms.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred:

Experience in IT services, construction, consultancy, or government contracting (depending on industry).

Knowledge of project costing and budgeting.
