We are seeking a Bidding Associate with at least 3 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in proposal writing, online bidding, and client communication to join our team at our Gulberg 3 office in Lahore.
Responsibilities:
1. Marketplace Bidding and Project Identification
- Identify relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other online marketplaces.
- Apply for suitable projects that align with the company’s services and capabilities.
2. Proposal Writing and Bid Strategy
- Prepare customized, high-quality proposals based on client requirements.
- Develop effective bidding approaches to improve proposal quality and conversion potential.
- Analyze project briefs and align company services with client needs before bidding.
3. Client Communication and Follow-Up
- Communicate regularly with potential clients in a professional and timely manner.
- Follow up on submitted proposals and ongoing conversations to support conversion.
- Maintain clear communication throughout the lead and bidding process.
4. Lead Qualification and Business Development Support
- Coordinate closely with the current Business Developer on lead qualification and related business development tasks.
- Support day-to-day business development operations under supervision.
- Assist in client acquisition efforts within the IT and digital services market.
5. Marketplace Profile Management and Performance Tracking
- Assist in maintaining strong marketplace profiles to improve visibility and credibility.
- Support efforts to improve response rates and marketplace engagement.
- Track bidding performance, conversions, and marketplace activity.
6. Reporting and Operational Support
- Maintain regular reporting on bidding activity, follow-ups, and business development progress.
- Support the team with daily operational tasks related to bidding and lead generation.
- Assist with other business development tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- 3 months to 1 year of relevant experience in bidding, proposal writing, or business development, or relevant internship exposure with strong theoretical knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Strong written communication skills in English.
- Good understanding of proposal writing and online bidding processes.
- Understanding of sales, client acquisition, and lead qualification in the IT or digital services industry.
- Ability to analyze client requirements and align services accordingly.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and consistent in daily bidding activities.
- Ability to work under supervision and collaborate with the current Business Developer.
- Willingness to work the assigned evening shift.
Working Conditions:
- Location: On-site, Gulberg 3, Lahore
- Working Days: Monday to Friday, plus alternate Saturdays
- Working Hours / Shift
- 04:00 PM to 01:00 AM for the first 15 days after joining
- 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM after 15 days (subject to change based on requirements)
- Compensation: PKR 40,000 to PKR 60,000 per month, based on experience and skills
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
