We are looking for a proactive and results-driven
Talent Acquisition Associate
to join our HR team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, build strong talent pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent across technical and non-technical functions.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and define recruitment strategies

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels

Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and assess candidate fit

Coordinate technical interviews, assessments, and interview schedules

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports in the ATS
-
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Negotiate offers and manage the offer rollout process

Support employer branding initiatives, campus recruitment, and hiring events

Track recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rate

Stay updated on recruitment trends and best hiring practices
Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
-
Experience hiring for technical and non-technical roles is preferred

Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, etc.)

Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously

Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Experience recruiting for the gaming, software, or technology industry

Familiarity with recruitment analytics and hiring metrics

Experience with employer branding and campus hiring initiatives
