BIDS REQUIRED FOR THE AUCTION OF VEHICLE

Malteser International is a worldwide relief agency with over 50 years of experience in humanitarian relief, and at present covers projects in 20 countries in Africa, Asia and the Americas.

Malteser International intends to auction the following vehicle through sealed bids on “AS IS WHERE IS” BASIS.

VEHICEL:

A) - A vehicle on sale will be available for inspection at House 223-A Broadway Street Park Road Green Avenue Islamabad between 10:00 hours to 16:00 hours on 4th to 11th Dec 2025.

B) -Potential buyers can collect the bid form from Malteser International office or following email ID

Email ID: mb.procurement-pakistan@malteser-international.org not later than 17th Dec 2025

and should submit their bid in a closed envelope attention to the procurement committee to Malteser International office at House 223-A Broadway Street Park Road Green Avenue Islamabad NOT LATER THAN 17th Dec 2025.

C) - All bids must include the following minimum information:

1)-Full Name of the Bidder 2)-National Identification Number (NIC) 3)-Telephone number

4)-Bidding amount against vehicle number 5) - NTN if any

D)-The quoted amount shall include all applicable taxes, which will be deducted in accordance with IT law”
