Billing Engineer

Job Title: Billing Engineer
Company: Axis Concept Construction Private Limited
Location: JP Nagar III Phase, Bengaluru

Experience: Minimum 2+ years

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify project bills as per site progress and client requirements.
• Take accurate measurements from drawings and site for quantity estimation.
• Prepare BOQ, cost estimation, and rate analysis.
• Coordinate with site, project, and accounts teams for billing and certification.
• Maintain records of measurements, work orders, and reconciliation statements.
• Verify subcontractor bills and ensure timely approvals.
• Support project cost monitoring and budget control activities.
• Travelling and visiting the sites

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of quantity surveying and billing procedures.
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and relevant billing software.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to speak English, Kannada, and Telugu is an advantage.
