Billing Executive

Job Purpose

To ensure timely, accurate, and efficient dispatch of finished goods as per customer requirements, coordinating with production, sales, and logistics teams, while maintaining proper records and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch Planning & Execution
• Prepare daily dispatch schedules based on sales orders and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with production and stores for product availability.
• Arrange transportation and logistics as per dispatch requirements.
• Documentation & Records
• Prepare invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and other required documents.
• Maintain proper records of dispatches, returns, and pending deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with GST and other statutory requirements.
• Coordination
• Communicate with transporters, courier agencies, and vendors for smooth dispatch.
• Coordinate with sales and customer service for delivery updates.
• Resolve issues related to delays, shortages, or damages during dispatch.
• Inventory & Stock Handling
• Monitor finished goods inventory before dispatch.
• Ensure correct packing, labeling, and quantity as per order.
• Maintain stock reports and update ERP/software.
• Quality & Compliance
• Ensure proper packaging standards to avoid damage in transit.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines during dispatch activities.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of dispatch operations, logistics, and documentation.
• Familiar with GST, e-way bills, and transport documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP / Dispatch software.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate (B.Com / BBA / Any discipline).
• 2–4 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or stores department (manufacturing / trading industry preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
