About the Role

We are looking for a Billing Executive to join our growing team in the logistics sector.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in billing and accounts, with strong

attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day billing operations and invoicing.

• Ensure accuracy in financial entries and records.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth billing processes.

• Manage accounts reconciliation and maintain proper documentation.

• Assist in preparing reports and statements as required.

• Ensure compliance with company and statutory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: B. Com or Any Graduate with relevant experience.

• 1–5 years of experience in Billing/Accounts (Logistics sector experience

preferred).

• Strong knowledge of billing, invoicing, and basic accounting principles.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and other billing/accounting software.

• Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
