Job Description

· The Cashier is responsible for processing cash and/or credit transactions, in an accurate and timely manner, while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

· Greets clients to maintain a pleasant environment and enhance client experience.

· Handles cash register and performing cash transactions with clients.

· Resolves customer complaints by providing relevant information.

· Responsible for collecting payment from Patient/Attendant Payment via Cash/card for services.

· Responsible for record Services rendered on system.

· Respond the Queries pertaining to Entitlement for services at BHY Policies.

· Responsible for counter closing with complete Docs of cash summary & cash.

· Any other work activity assigned by HOD.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Candidate should hold at least a Inter/Bachelor’s degree with 01-02 years of related work experience.

· Should be proficient at the use of MS Office.

· Good communications and interpersonal skills.
