The ideal candidate will bring
hands-on BIM coordination experience within the real estate or property development sector
, working closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to ensure model accuracy, data integrity, and alignment with OMNIYAT’s digital transformation objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage BIM models across multiple disciplines (Architectural, Structural, and MEP) for OMNIYAT developments.

Act as the central point of contact for BIM-related matters between consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Enforce BIM standards, protocols, naming conventions, and data requirements in line with company and project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).

Perform clash detection, model audits, and quality control checks using industry-standard tools.

Support the implementation of BIM and digital construction workflows across the project lifecycle.

Ensure BIM models align with real estate development requirements, including design intent, constructability, and asset information for handover.

Assist in the integration of BIM data with other technology platforms (e.g., CDEs, project management systems, digital twins, FM systems).

Prepare BIM reports, dashboards, and coordination outputs for senior management and project teams.

Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM processes, standards, and technology adoption within OMNIYAT.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

5+ years of BIM experience
, with
proven experience in the real estate / property development industry
.

Strong experience coordinating BIM models for high-rise residential, mixed-use, hospitality, or luxury developments.

Proficiency in BIM software such as
Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 / ACC
, and related coordination tools.

Solid understanding of design, construction workflows, and developer-side requirements.

Experience working with consultants and contractors in a developer-led environment is highly preferred.

Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards and Common Data Environments (CDEs) is an advantage.
