BIM Engineer

Looking for an Architectural BIM Engineer our project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Creating integrated BIM models and preparing architectural and steel shop drawings. *Coordinating with various teams and subcontractors to ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout the design and construction phases.
*Responsible for quantifying materials, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and generating reports and as-built documentation. * Implement design modifications, maintain document control, and contribute to continuous improvement by applying international best practices.

* Conducting physical site visits to assess potential construction sites and identify any potential hazards or issues
*Communicating with clients regularly to ensure they are satisfied with the progress of a project
*Reviewing blueprints created by architects or other engineers to ensure they comply with industry standards
*Analyzing building plans to determine structural integrity and estimate costs for materials and labor
* Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure a project is completed on time and within budget
* Preparing estimates of material costs based on drawings provided by clients or architects
*Analyzing building plans to identify areas of concern, such as building code violations or structural problems
*Preparing specifications for materials or equipment needed for projects

REQUIREMENT:

*Bachelor's degree in Architecture

*With experience in the steel structure or construction industry and BIM Expert

*Proficiency in Revit, along with AutoCAD for steel detailing and BIM modeling, is essential.

*Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills

* Attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines.
