Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated BIM Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows to support our architectural, engineering, and construction projects. Your expertise will ensure the seamless integration of digital models across project phases, enhancing collaboration, accuracy, and efficiency. Responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D models using BIM software such as Revit, NavisWorks, SketchUp, and MicroStation to support design development and construction planning.
• Develop accurate 2D drafting and schematics for construction documentation, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to coordinate model data and resolve clashes or discrepancies using NavisWorks and other visualization tools.
• Integrate civil engineering components utilizing Civil 3D and Mechanical design elements where applicable to enhance multidisciplinary coordination.
• Assist in the creation of construction sequences and animations to visualize project workflows effectively.
• Maintain organized BIM libraries and ensure version control for all project models and drawings.
• Support on-site teams by providing real-time model updates and technical guidance during construction phases.

Skills

• Proficiency in BIM software including Revit, NavisWorks, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and SolidWorks.
• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and drafting techniques.
• Experience with schematics development and 2D animation for project presentations.
• Knowledge of CAD standards, construction processes, and building codes.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and create detailed models aligned with project requirements.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
