BlackRock Aladdin / eFront Consultant

Location: GCC
Work Arrangement: Remote initially (with potential onsite engagement within the GCC, as required)
Contract Type: 12-month contract (extendable)

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced BlackRock Aladdin and/or eFront Consultants to support technology and operational transformation initiatives for leading investment and asset management clients across the GCC.

The role involves hands-on participation in implementation, configuration, testing, and delivery of Aladdin and/or eFront platforms, with strong exposure to front-to-back investment workflows across public and private markets.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Implementation & Configuration

• Participate in end-to-end implementations of BlackRock Aladdin and/or eFront platforms
• Configure system modules in line with business, operational, and regulatory requirements
• Support platform enhancements, upgrades, and post-implementation stabilization

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Execute Functional Testing (FT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Prepare and review test cases, scenarios, and validation outputs
• Support defect resolution in coordination with business and technology teams

Data Integration & Migration

• Support data migration, reconciliation, and integration activities
• Collaborate with third-party vendors, custodians, and internal systems to ensure data accuracy

Project Delivery & Stakeholder Management

• Contribute to project planning, coordination, and delivery tracking
• Work closely with business users, IT teams, vendors, and system integrators
• Participate in requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder reviews

Investment Operations & Functional Support

• Provide functional support across investment operations, portfolio management, risk, performance, and reporting
• Offer advisory input during technology and operational transformation initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with BlackRock Aladdin and/or eFront platforms
• Experience in implementation, configuration, testing, or operational support
• Strong understanding of investment management processes and operating models
• Experience working in project-based or consulting environments
• Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Master’s degree (MBA, Finance, Investment Management, or Technology-related) is preferred but not mandatory

Professional certifications are a plus:

• CFA, FRM, CA / ACCA / CPA
• PMP or other project management certifications
• Aladdin or eFront platform certifications (if applicable)

Work Location: In person
