Job Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and documentation.
• Record transactions and perform monthly and quarterly account reconciliations.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections.
• Monitor cash flow and support cash management processes.
• Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking.
• Prepare financial reports and statements for management review.
• Support payroll processing, tax preparation, and audit requests.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain organized records.

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and core bookkeeping principles.
• Experience with financial reporting and month-end/year-end close processes.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Payroll and tax regulation experience preferred; CPA certification a plus but not required.
