Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing transactions, and ensuring our books are organized and up to date.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Prepare monthly financial reports
Assist with payroll and budgeting
Ensure compliance with financial regulations
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role
Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Basic understanding of accounting principles
