Joe Davis Autosport is a well-established European automotive repair shop in Perkasie, PA with over 35 years of proven success. We operate a structured, high-integrity business and are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Bookkeeper to support our financial operations.

This role is ideal for someone who understands service-based businesses and takes pride in maintaining clean, accurate financials.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and internal reports
• Maintain general ledger accuracy
• Track repair order payments and outstanding balances
• Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, cash flow)
• Assist with payroll coordination (as needed)
• Ensure books are accurate and CPA-ready

Qualifications:

• 3+ years bookkeeping experience
• Automotive or service industry experience preferred
• QuickBooks proficiency required
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Compensation & Schedule:

• Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
