Bookkeeper (Multi-Entity | Restaurant Group)

We are a growing, multi-location restaurant group seeking a highly organized and trustworthy Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage financials across multiple entities.

This role is responsible for maintaining accurate books, producing monthly financial reports, and supporting payroll and day-to-day accounting operations. You will work directly with ownership and play a key role in maintaining financial clarity across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records across multiple entities (10+)
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements and balance sheets
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and POS systems
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Support and/or process payroll and ensure proper reporting
• Track and categorize expenses across locations
• Ensure clean, audit-ready books at all times
• Assist with budgeting and basic financial analysis
• Coordinate with CPA for tax filings and year-end reporting

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Experience managing multiple entities or locations (required)
• Strong understanding of P&L statements and financial reporting
• Experience with restaurant, retail, or multi-unit businesses (preferred)
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar)
• Experience with payroll systems
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion
